I have nearly two decades of experience supporting clients of all abilities and often incorporate brain-based education into my practice. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning disabilities. I also work with struggling parents and families to restore balance in their lives. It is my belief that once you understand how your mind works, you can better manage the thoughts, feelings and choices blocking your progress. I take an integrative approach to therapy based on your unique needs. I strongly believe in treating the WHOLE person by addressing issues that not only impact your mental health but also your quality of life.
