ISABELLA SIMONE, MSW
Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
Hi! My name is Isabella. I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I am passionate about working with clients, starting by creating goals collaboratively, providing a safe space to challenge themselves and find stability in their lives - whatever that may look like for each individual. I believe in a holistic form of treatment and that in order to care for the whole person, we must first work together to identify stressors on a smaller scale.
I provide culturally sensitive care for individuals of all backgrounds and work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I incorporate traditional talk therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and creative techniques to support clients in reflecting on the past, engaging in the present, and planning for the future.
I hope to help my clients learn tools they can use on a daily basis for emotional regulation, making and maintaining positive connections, expressing their needs, setting boundaries, and developing an overall confidence in themselves. I’m looking forward to helping you reach your personal goals!
